»Visual Identity« is the common subject of a series of photobooks entitled »Sensible Heat«, »Travel Length«, »Passers-by«, »Beyond Visual Range« and »Territories«. Dedicated to the human face »Sensible Heat« attempts to trace the look and feeling of young people at the beginning of the millennium. »Travel Length«, »Passers-by« and »Territories« follow up a virtual world trip sequencing the genes of selected landscapes and urban spaces in terms of architecture and people. Finally »Beyond Visual Range« focusses on everyday objects and tries to uncover their usually ignored gracefulness. Each book exclusively includes black and white images photographed using taditional analogue techniques. Editions are limited to 200 uniquely designed and carefully made copies printed in duotone offset on heavy weight woodfree paper (GardaPat 13 KIARA).
